Hi, I'm Morgan.

I am a Certified Professional Mediator located in Boise, ID! I have a B.S. in Human Development from Purdue University and a professional background in social work and addictions counseling. I have been working as a CPM for the past 4 years, but I have over 10 years experience working in conflict management. My passion for conflict resolution began on the 5th grade play yard where I founded a Conflict Managers Club to help solve playground disputes, and I haven't stopped since.

The level of conflicts I now support are a far cry from where I began 28 years ago, but the method foundations remain the same. I have over 10 years professional experience in conflict management and complex relationships. I specialize in relationships surrounding roles and responsibilities, family planning, and family dynamics with a focus on co-parenting and the blended family.

Our world is so fast paced, we are tasked with more information, more accessibility, more options, and more responsibilities than ever. Expectations for roles and responsibilities in relationships has drastically changed over time and many of us find ourselves feeling frustrated with an imbalance which leads to conflict and unhappiness. In this respect we're aware of the issue at hand, but oftentimes navigating those conversations feels like an uphill battle that never seems to find resolution. I have first hand experience as a child from divorced parents, and as a member of a blended family. Then later on as a step parent myself, and as a bio mom navigating divorce and parenting planning. I understand the challenges, fears, and frustrations faced by families going through a changing family dynamic. I also believe there is a solution through conversation and careful planning.
